01. Initial Consultation
Collaborating on the vision
In our initial meeting, we’ll discuss essential project details such as location, design concept, timeline, tentative investment, and land. It’s perfectly fine if you’re unsure about some of these aspects – our team is here to collaborate with you to create a home you’ll love. Don’t have land yet? We can recommend communities and neighborhoods that fit your needs, or you can work with our on-staff Real Estate Agent. Unsure about the style of home you want? Our Partner Architects will help you envision a home uniquely suited to you.
02. Home and Site Design
Understanding you and envisioning your future home.
We’ll meet you at your home site, walk the property together, and start visualizing your dream home. Do you envision a large, fenced yard for the kids? A tree-lined driveway? A detached garage? Would you like the morning sun to brighten your eat-in kitchen? Share your aspirations, and we’ll begin crafting the vision.
Following this, we’ll conduct a series of meetings with you, a Partner Architect, and our design team to refine your needs and goals for your new home. During these sessions, we’ll explore your preferences in more detail – do you want the owner’s suite on the main floor but secluded from guests? Need a walk-in pantry, a dog wash station in the mudroom, or a private suite for your visiting children? No detail is overlooked when all your home building experts collaborate with you.
03. Investment
Assurance for the journey.
From the beginning of our journey together, we’ll integrate your investment considerations into our decision-making and vision planning to ensure our concepts align with your financial goals. At this stage, we’ll collaborate with you to choose premium finishes for your home, such as appliance types, cabinetry, and the level of trim carpentry. This will enable us to present you with a detailed investment proposal. We’ll review this proposal with you, address any questions, and make necessary adjustments, allowing you to proceed to the next step with confidence.
04. Selections
Each detail, masterfully crafted.
Now that we’ve finalized your design and budget, it’s time to focus on the details! Throughout the building process, our in-house Interior Designers will guide you in choosing the finishing touches for your home. Whether it’s selecting countertops, paint colors, fireplace designs, cabinetry, flooring, or more, they’ll provide expert advice and answer your questions. From the stone pathway to your front door to the paint palette in your main bedroom, they’re dedicated to helping you achieve the exact look and ambiance you envision.
05. Construction
Transforming vision into reality.
Now it’s time to start building and make your vision a reality! In this phase, you’ll meet your dedicated Project Manager, who will oversee every detail of the construction process. You’ll have access to our user-friendly Project Management Software, keeping you informed about every step of the project’s progress. Our team, including your Project Manager and Interior Designer, will provide regular updates, complete with photos. With our emphasis on clear communication, our seasoned Project Managers ensure you’re always informed and available to address any queries you may have during construction.
06. Walk-Through & Welcome
Introducing you to your new home.
Your home is finished! Your Project Manager will guide you on a comprehensive tour of your new home, addressing any queries and highlighting crucial details such as the operation of your home security system and the location of electrical components. From functionality to aesthetics, we ensure that every aspect meets your satisfaction before you move in.
Now, it’s time to move into your new home and possibly a new neighborhood! As you settle in, we’re here to assist you and provide answers to all your questions.
07. Maintaining Your Home
Timeless elegance for generations.
About a month after your move-in, we’ll visit to inspect your home and introduce you to our Warranty Manager. Our comprehensive warranty program ensures you have access to prompt assistance for any issues that may arise. Additionally, we’ll return around one year after your move-in date to review your home together, address any concerns, and discuss ongoing maintenance. This proactive approach ensures that your home remains as exceptional in the years to come as it did on your move-in day!
